CUSTOM EVENT & WEDDING ORDERS

How does the custom order process works? 

Please fill out our inquiry form or send us an email to effortlesscreationsinfo@gmail.com so we know your event date, location, approximate headcount and what type of gifts you are looking for.  

Once we receive that information, we will reach back out to you to give you more details on our gifting options. Along with the brochure we will also attach our detailed design questionnaire.

If you decide that we are a perfect match, please fill out the questionnaire and send it back to us. That will start the creative process!

Then we collaborate on design until we get to the point that it is perfect. 

That is followed with an invoice, event agreement and the deposit payment (25%). DATE SAVED!

Congratulations now it is time for us to start working on your order! We will be ordering your items 2 months prior to your event, get your gifts assembled about 1 - 2 weeks before your event, followed by delivery & set up at the event’s venue!

How far in advance do I need to pay my deposit? 

It is always best make a deposit asap so you secure your date. However, we do need at least 45 days to process your custom order.

If you are looking for gifts last minute, you can always contact us about gifting options available, we might be able to help. 


What if I do not have the exact headcount when paying my deposit? 

You will be able to adjust your headcount till 30 days prior to the event. This is when the final, remaining balance is due as well.


What if I have to cancel my event due to a reason that is out of my hands or there is an inclement weather that is not allowing me to have my event as scheduled? 

All of the deposits are non-refundable. 

If there is an inclement weather or life event that is not allowing you to have an event as scheduled we will always work with you. Possibly move your event to a different date, provide gifts for other occasion (**we can ship**), the funds will not expire, etc. 


Delivery 

Delivery in Key West to 1 place is included at no charge. 

If you are looking to have your gifts distributed to multiple places, we do charge an additional fee**

In the event that the delivery happens to be to couple of places please ask and we will do what we can to the best of our abilities to help at no additional charge. 

With larger orders we are able to deliver out of Key West. 

Please let us know your delivery plans in advance. 


Do you only use Key West & Florida Keys items for gifting? 

Absolutely not! We can customize your gifts based on your needs, location, theme, etc. We love creating new, unique options for our customers.


ONLINE ORDERS 

Do we ship nationwide? 

Yes, we do ship anywhere in United States. 

With custom orders, shipping is an additional fee. 


What is your return policy? 

All sales are final due to the nature of our product.


Do you have gifts for guys? 

Absolutely! Please find our already assembled collection online or just contact us for something specific and we will be glad to help. (even if it is only 1 gift box!) 


What do I get in my gift box? 

What you see is what you get. Everything that you see in the box will be included with your order. In the event that we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you directly and give you options for a substitute item at the value equal or greater than a missing one.
